“Cakap Ja!” is a platform for aspiration and complaint services. It originated from the Malay language with the meaning of ‘just tell’ with the purpose of supporting students to register their complaints through the website and have them solved as soon as possible. This is one of the platforms that shows we prioritize students’ voices.
In the purpose of supporting MPP (SRC)’s mission number two to shorten administration, we created this platform to productively manage the complaints in which helps in better management and solution of the issues confronted by UTMians.

The “Cakap Ja!” platform is a container for complaints and aspirations for you UTMians, which will then be continued with advocacy to the parties concerned. Then, what are you waiting for? Drop all of your aspirations here because the aspirations you give are aspirations for better UTM in future!
