- All submissions will be processed within 5 working days.
- Please submit your event 1 week in advance to help ensure it receives adequate coverage and will have the opportunity to be seen by many UTMians. Note: If the event is less than 5 working days away, there is no guarantee it will be posted in time.
- To submit an event, enter requested information in all required fields below.
- Please provide valid contact information.
- If there are acronyms (e.g. FIESTRA, TCELC etc.), spell out the complete name in the copywriting.
- If an event requires entry fee — include the price and where/how to pay it.
- If an event requires advance registration — include instructions on how to register.
- If an event is online — include the URL or instructions to access.
- Keep copywriting short & concise
- Approved event will be published in MPP UTM Website & promoted via Instagram story of @mpputm as well.
- If there’s any sudden changes or cancellation, kindly inform us via Instagram, @mpputm.
