On the 22nd of March 2020, Taskforce of Restrict Movement Order (RMO) Kolej 9&10 was established under the guidance of Muhammad Izwan Bin Awang Satiah. This body of volunteers work closely with the Principal of Kolej 9&10, Dr Abdul Rahman and the the Fellow Council. As of 4th of March, Taskforce RMO Kolej 9&10 has 9 volunteers (consisted both local and international students) upon entering the second phase of Malaysia’s Restrict Movement Order.

Taskforce RMO Kolej 9&10 engage closely with the residents of Kolej 9&10 whom are staying on campus due to the Restrict Movement Order, which was then extended from 31st March 2020 to 14th April 2020. This body caters the needs of the residents, helping them to settle down during the intense panic moment of RMO. The volunteers are also responsible in the distribution of meals to the residents. The residents of Kolej 9&10, with approximate number of 434 residents are served both lunch and dinner as well as snacks and beverages. During both hours, volunteers have to ensure that the residents are following the social distancing technique, that is to be away from each other within 1 metre.

Stay at home, wash your hands and stay healthy physically and mentally! This pandemic shall be gone and we will welcome back the residents of Kolej 9&10 gladly.
