Frequently Asked Questions

If I ever plan on publicising any event, what is the best timing to submit the request, and why?

It is highly suggested to submit your request at least 1 week earlier, early submission increases the chance for your event to reach wider range of UTMians! Take note that late request submissions (less than 5 days), there is no guarantee for your event to be publicised on time.

I have submitted my event’s for publication, when will I get an update for it?

Any submissions delivered will need 5 working days to process. Your patience for waiting is highly appreciated!

My event is a bit detailed, there are few details applicants need to take into account before joining.

Here are few things that must be included if event to be conducted is in such condition: 

  • Entry fee : Amount of fees AND method of payment
  • Advance registration: Clear registration instruction
  • Online: Clear instruction of accessing AND the URL
There are some changes regarding my submitted event, how can I inform you?

Don’t worry, any changes or cancellations, do update us through Instagram (@mpputm). The sooner, the better, pretty sure we want a smooth promotion, right?

I do not know how to submit my event for publication. Help me!

No worries! All you have to do is enter requested information in all required fields stated in the form, then you are good to go!

I want to share on the poster’s event as well as the copywriting of it, what is the requirement?

It is highly recommended that the poster is in 1×1 square size OR portrait; the copywriting must be written short AND concise too.

My submission is approved, what is next?

Congratulations! Any approved events will be published in MPP UTM website AND promoted via Instagram story (@mpputm) and Telegram on a weekly basis.

How will I be notified for my event updates?

Once your event has been approved and published in our medias, we will notify you through email.

How to edit the form or details if there's any sudden changes?
