Jawatankuasa Pemilihan MPP (JPMPP), formerly known as Campus Election Committee (CEC) is an autonomous and self-governing body within the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) campus. This committee is entirely comprised of UTM students, and it plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the MPP Election, also known as the Pemilihan MPP (PMPP).

To assess, enhance and improve both the code of conducts and the procedure for selecting the Student Representative Council at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

To ensure a more efficient, transparent and fair process for electing the Student Representative Council at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
