Dr Nik Rafidah binti Nik Yusoff

Senior Psychology Officer

Dr. Nik provides counselling and consultation services to students, staff, and the community. She oversees the planning and execution of psychological programmes, tailored to her specialisation in student career development and substance-related issues. She also compiles client session statistics across UTM JB and UTM KL for university reporting purposes.

Actively involved in student leadership empowerment, Dr. Nik serves as the advisor to the UTM PEMADAM Club, championing a drug-free lifestyle through strong academic values, character building, and leadership excellence.

Mohammad Rizashsyam bin Shohadi

Senior Psychology Officer

En. Rizashsyam is responsible for planning and implementing psychological and counselling programmes to enhance the well-being of students, staff, and the wider community. His role also includes monitoring mental health status through screenings and outreach, ensuring early support for those in need. He actively promotes the importance of psychological services across UTM, raising awareness and encouraging a healthier, more resilient campus environment.

Hazirah binti Hashim

Senior Psychology Officer

Cik Hazirah is responsible for planning and implementing psychological and counselling programmes aimed at enhancing the well-being of students, staff, and the broader community. She also conducts mental health monitoring activities to ensure that early support is accessible to those in need. In addition, she leads efforts to promote psychological services across campus — increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering a culture of mental wellness.

Nurul Aziz bin Mohammed

Senior Psychology Officer

Nurul Aziz provides counselling and guidance services to students, staff, and the wider community. She plays an active role in designing and delivering psychological programmes that support emotional well-being and personal development. Her responsibilities also include monitoring mental health trends within the campus and conducting development-focused training to enhance self-management skills. As the advisor to the UTM Peer Helper Club, she is committed to nurturing holistic student growth through leadership, self-awareness, and service to others.
