Counselling Centre of UTM was invited by Sekolah Menengah Agama Kerajaan Johor (SMKAJ) to collaborate in one of their school program namely ‘Motivasi Remaja : Hidayah Cinta’. The program was held on 24th April 2013 (Wednesday) and had been participated by a number of 234 students of Form 4 and Form 5. The program was organized by Guidance and Couselling Unit of SMKA Kluang.
The purposes of this program were to give an exposure on the teenager’s issues and to improve motivation of the teenagers on certain social issues such as puppy love and forbidden love (LGBT) among them. As such, UTM’s Counselling Centre team represented Ms Hazirah Hashim, Mrs. Noor Hadayah Haji Ahmad, Mr. Rizashsyam and PERSIS as the speakers and facilitators of the program.
Besides talk, PERSIS also had conducted two other activities; firstly ice breaking and secondly, wrap up. From overall view, the program was success and it is hope that all students had got benefits from the program.
