Who we are? We are not an association, we are more like a big family – We strongly believe “Adab” is above knowledge. In CGMA we practice leadership is not a power but a great responsibility. We begin to form as an association at early in 2007\/08 UTM re-branding year, aim to support UTM new vision and missions, CGMA has been approved by UTM (HEMA) in 2008\/09<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

We don’t grow when things are easy; we grow when we face challenges. Trust me, it hurts now but one day it will be your warm up. Always silent and listen. Think and understand. Then answer wisely or just node. Sometimes not everything needed to be said to prove you’re right. For the next future leader of CGMA, always remember that you are the one who stood for your empire and responsible for its future. Stay humble, stay wise.<\/p>\n

Being a leader is a tough job and is not easy. It is challenging, uncomfortable and an ongoing process of constant self-awareness. If we are going to lead the world into becoming a more loving and compassionate place, then that change must start from within, we ourselves must become more compassionate and loving humans. Thus, portraying a positive attitude from the leader will allow the committee and CGMA members to be comfortable around the leader. This will lead to a better organization<\/p>\n
