Students’ Registration

▶️ Access https://www.utmcareercarnival.com/ and click “Register” button.

▶️ Fill in the information needed and click “Sign Me Up!”

▶️ Complete your profile by filling up the data required.

Uploading Documents

▶️ Click on the “Upload Document” button on the navigation bar to upload your documents like resume and portfolio. (Documents must be in pdf format and not exceed 5MB)

Events & Webinars

▶️ Click on “See More Events” at the homepage to join or RSVP other events. (past event can be watched)

Navigating Company Profiles

▶️ Click “See More Company Profiles” at the home page to learn more about the participating companies.

Resume Drop

▶️ Click on “Drop Your Resume” button at company profile to send a resume to your desired company.

Subscribe & Chats

▶️ Subscribe the company of your choice by clicking the “Subscribe” button and click “Chat With Us” button to chat with the company only during the event.

Job Posts

▶️ Click on “See More Job Posts” at the bottom of the homepage to view other job posts available.
▶️ Filter and browse through the jobs that you are interested in using the filter on your left-hand side of the screen.

Applying for Jobs

▶️ Click “Apply” to apply to a job post.
▶️ Click “Jobs Applied” button on the navigation bar to view all the jobs you have applied.

My Interviews

▶️ Click the buttons to “Accept”, “Reschedule”, or “Reject” interviews. (depend on whether employers schedule interviews during or after the events ends)
▶️ After accepting the interview, log in to the platform 10 minutes before your interview time.
▶️ Standby your device to accept the call which will be shown on your screen.
